Global Health Media

Global Health Media offers practical how-to videos for reducing breast pain, nipple pain, low milk supply and other breastfeeding concerns. Videos are available for mothers and health care workers in English, Spanish, French, and Swahili (as well as six other languages).  

The Office on Women's Health

The OWH's comprehensive ePublication, Your Guide to Breastfeeding, covers the basics of breastfeeding. The OWH provides additional information about national breastfeeding policies in the workplace and suggests tips for talking to your employer to get the support you need.
